Here’s a quick lesson – – – – > The OODA loop is a decision-making tool that helps people in rapidly developing situations make decisions quickly and effectively. OODA stands for Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act.
1. Observe: First, look at what’s happening around you.
2. Orient: Next, figure out what all the things you observed mean. You must try to understand the situation based on what you observed.
3. Decide: Once it’s understood what’s going on, make a choice about what to do. Decide on a plan of action.
4. Act: Do what you have decided to do. Take action based on your decision.
Then, it goes in a loop. After you act, you go back to observing because things might have changed. It helps you keep adapting and making good decisions in fast situations.
The OODA Loop is a decision-making tool for survival.
Simple but precise.
