VIDEO: Everyone Knows Something Is Coming

I recorded this video a few days ago after traveling to Leesburg, FL to attend a motorcycle rally. I’ll let the video speak for itself, however, I will say this: Many of us can “feel” that things are aligning in such a way that continuing preparation is a must. By the way – when I say we “feel” I am not referring to some mystical 6th sense. No. We are looking around at the insanity that is going on in the world and can plainly see that things are not right nor are they heading in the right direction. I’ll be discussing this more very soon.

    Here’s the video.

Appreciate everyone who watches and please share with those who would be interested on social media, via email, etc.

    Thanks

Be Aware: We All Live in a Matrix

My latest video is a mediocre attempt to explain how we must be aware that we all live in…….a “Matrix”. This matrix is made up of all that you are exposed to including social media, news, entertainment, discussions with friends and family, magazine articles, etc. My main focus in the video revolves around how social media content such as videos on Youtube are fed to you based on what you watch the most. With that said our beliefs and opinions can be manipulated based on the information that is being delivered to you with the intended purpose of keeping you engaged.

Well here’s the video. Hopefully, it makes more sense than what I wrote above….LOL.

I present the following video as recommended by Pam from MayFlowerTrading.com. Pam has been a longtime reader and comments frequently. I have had several people send me videos with similar content. Very interesting and compelling.

As with many videos such as this realize there is likely more to the story. Facts are something that while they are, in fact, facts – they can be presented in different ways to provide a certain perspective or spin on a story.

    Thanks, Pam for the suggestion.

  • It’s Time to Fight

    It’s Time to Fight

I was highly active in a men’s church group where we studied Jesus and believed there’s evidence that he was not a meek shepherd. No, rather we believe he was a warrior of pure heart who stood against evil and darkness. One only needs to go to the last book of the Bible to see Jesus described as a warrior King leading an army into Heaven. Jesus offered Commandments – not options. I mention my study as there are many who view Jesus in terms of grace, peace, purity, soft, kind, and gentle.

Wranglestar’s video below hit home with me. I thought I would share it with you.

  • China Tells Population to Stock Up on Food

China Tells Population to Stock Up on Food

Headline is pretty eye-catching, isn’t it? Talk is spreading across the preparedness community like a ripple from a rock thrown in a stagnant pond.

Yes – China told its citizens to stock up on food and supplies this winter. The big question is……. “WHY?”

Could it be that they believe resources will be taxed due to war or efforts from taking over Taiwan? I doubt it.

Could it be that they believe there is a possibility that there will be severe lockdowns due to COVID and people will have to spend weeks or months in their homes? Likely. They have demonstrated severe actions to get control of any outbreak.

Could it be they are expecting supply chain issues? Probably.

Here’s the deal: If something significant occurs in China it WILL affect the United States which means all of us. It’s worth noting that a major superpower is foretelling that something significant will possibly occur over the next several months. Would the United States government ever tell its people if they knew that there was going to be a food shortage? Hell no!  We all know why – – there would be a massive run on food that would clear out the grocery stores in just a few hours and create, you guessed it – a food shortage.

Hey – you’re not worried are you? You have already put back a good supply of extra food and your most commonly used supplies. Right?

    Stack it to the rafters!!

    Thanksgiving Stock Up Items

NOTE: This was originally posted last year and thought it was worth it to revisit.
Every Fall around Thanksgiving there are certain items that go on sale. This is a perfect time to stock up on a lot of baking and food items.
    Here are some examples:
    – frozen turkey’s
    – flour
    – stuffing
    – canned vegetables especially corn, pumpkin, green beans, etc.
    – creamed soups
    – canned fruit
    – sugar
    – canned chicken/turkey broth
If you have a deep freeze throw a few turkeys in there. Many grocery stores will have HUGE discounts on items from the list above. Additional discounts can be had using coupons from the Sunday paper.

  • Craving a New Firearm? MeWe

    Craving a New Firearm? MeWe

Since Facebook kicked me off their platform including my 1776 group with more than 2,000 people I have been a regular user of MeWe. While far from perfect and deserving of many more users than it currently has – it’s pretty good. I have a personal account as well as a 177PatriotUSA.com MeWe Group and pages connected to some other initiatives.

MeWe gained tremendous popularity a few years ago when Facebook started deleting firearms groups and really clamping down on any kind of firearm-related content.  On MeWe, I am a member of several gun selling/trading groups in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I’ve conducted business with several people selling/trading ammunition, gun accessories, and of course guns.

Right now I am in discussion with someone I purchased a stripped lower from last year as they have a Ruger SR45 up for sale. I trying to pick it up for $325. While gun prices on MeWe over the past several months have been largely ridiculous, there are deals to be had. $325 for a quality semi-auto 45ACP is not bad. We’ll see what happens.

So – if you’re on MeWe look me up. My personal account is here – – – – > https://mewe.com/i/johnrourke5

    The 1776PatriotUSA.com Survival & Preparedness Group is here – – – – > https://mewe.com/join/1776patriotusacom1

BTW – I have created a new Facebook account and group page. Hey – I’d love to tell FB to kiss my ass, but, the reality is for those of us trying to reach the maximum amount of people possible Facebook is necessary. You know what? I’m going to try to get as many folks to open MeWe accounts as possible.  So – I’ll use their own service against them. To me, that is the smart thing to do. I’ll post links to these new accounts once I’m ready.

Take care all and stack it to the rafters!!

It saddens me to announce that Panhandle Rancher has passed away. For those who may not know of him – he wrote numerous articles on my old website and shared his thoughts here as well. He was a frequent commenter at one time and added an incredible amount of knowledge and perspective.  Here’s some additional information that provides some insight into his life: https://www.legacy.com/amp/obituaries/batesville/200373889

    line

Readers might be interested in the amount of equipment the wife and I travel with. Depending on how far/where we travel, the M4/M1A is traded out so that we just travel with one long rifle. My EDC includes a 1911 platform, Surefire Chroma, Emerson folder, 4″fixed blade, fire materials, and compass. I’ve laminated the attached list and stored in the safe so that if someone steals the truck, I at least have a list of serial numbers for law enforcement and a list of overall contents for my claim to USAA.
When leaving the country, we always add a case of bottled water and a dozen cans or so of our favorite soups and the like against the off chance of getting stranded somewhere. Our backpacks, of course, contain a number of freeze-dried foods and re-packaged lifesavers (comfort food).
The metal box is a top-end commercial box with two sets of chains bolted to the inside of the lid and sides so that the lid can be further secured apart from the factory lock with two internal padlocks through the chains. The big risk with any truck-mounted metal box is someone dropping a chain around the box and yanking it from the bed using their vehicle and then making off with the whole box. My metal box was ordered to fit and is snug against the sides of the bed. The top is also 2″ below the bedsides, again making it hard for the yank it off artist. Of course, I used carriage bolts and large washers so there is no bolt head under the truck bed for a wrench.
    Hope this helps someone.

From the Desk of John Rourke October 29th, 2021

I’ve had this “theme,” or design of this website since its creation. Like with many other things, change is often good. I’ve considered changing the appearance and functionality of 1776PatriotUSA.com for quite some time. Why? Adapting to modern technology and modern multimedia devices is necessary. So – I may switch it up and give it a shot.

The challenge to change the appearance of the website is time. Once I flip the switch much is automatic, however, many small details are manual. Time.

    We’ll see.

    ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

Continuing on with the “Dark Winter” theme – we continue to see shortages and experience difficulty to find things that we want to buy. Many media outlets are suggesting that Christmas shopping will be difficult this year due to shortages. Maybe it’s just me, however, the latest “toy” compared to FEEDING yourself is just not that important. But, I do realize that we are talking about life as we know it not as we necessarily see how we should experience it. If we cannot go out and buy a CLUE game then maybe that is a big deal for the masses. For most of us like-minded folks, we will prioritize more tangible things such as food, tools, communication equipment, oil filters, and even radio communication equipment over fluff like Xbox’s and sex toys.

    Just a thought.

    ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

    Recent pics from range session:

    ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

I started my latest weight loss/fitness goals at 229 pounds and I am down to 209. Not bad. I have accomplished this by eating very LOW FAT as I did as a late 80’s bodybuilder. Now? I’ve been told I need to have my gallbladder removed and have gallstones. Eating low fat as staving off the issue until after the first of the year.

I’ll readily admit I hate surgery – or any kind of medical procedure that involves cutting and stitches.

    ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

Appreciate the support as a few have joined the membership area and also purchased some items from my Survival Supplies Store. A secret here: I sell some of the same items on eBay, however, I charge less here on the website.

Thanks for the patronage and support. It means a lot.

    ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

What we are experiencing is quite unlike anything most of us could have predicted. Between the insane government overreach from local all the way to Federal – to the economic challenges that we are and will continue to face. I believe that only the book series 299 Days even comes close when it comes to preparedness fiction. Well worth the read.

    ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊ ◊

    Have a great weekend folks!!!

  • Food Prices Continue to Climb Upward

Food Prices Continue to Climb Upward

I typically do most of the grocery shopping for our bunker, err, OK – for our camper. Over the past week, I’ve made several trips to different stores and really paid attention to the prices of certain items. The prices are crazy and the increases are not over.

With fuel prices continuing upwards, continued high demand, and supply chain issues remaining, we have the perfect storm which will generate further increases in food products. With winter bearing down on us and energy prices also moving upwards the costs involved to heat stores and transport food will also increase. Wages are certainly not being adjusted to keep up with inflation thus the vast majority of us are losing purchasing power as time goes by. Those of us who must live on a tight budget must search for areas which to reduce expenses and purchase items at the lowest possible price.

    Here are a few thoughts:

    • Stocking up on food NOW is a good investment as it is almost a certainty that prices will continue to increase.
    • Buying in bulk often reduces the cost per item.
    • Utilizing coupons and sales can generate significant savings.
    • Shopping deep discount stores such as Aldi’s and Lidl can make your dollars go a long way.
    • Plan your trips to save fuel costs. Make a list of errands and things needed and make one trip per week rather than several.
    • If you are still running air conditioning, take the setpoint up 2 degrees so it runs less.
    • Running heat? Wear a sweatshirt around the house and keep the setpoint low.
    • Cut out costs such as buying bottled water. Buy an inexpensive water filter and filter tap water.
    • Have a friend who has Netflix? Maybe get them to share their login info and split the cost and cancel your own account.
    • Visit your mobile carrier and see if there are changes that can be made to your plan to reduce costs.
    • Speaking of mobile carriers – use apps on your phone to find lower prices on items including gasoline. Ibotta is a free app that many are using to save money and earn cash rewards.
    • Eat out less and cook at home more.
    • Have more than one vehicle? Drive the one that gets the best gas mileage as much as possible.
    • Look at less expensive store brands of bought products. Frequently there is little if any quality drop when buying the non-mainstream brand.
    • Consider cooking alternatives such as chicken thighs rather than chicken breasts.

A little money saved here and there will add up over time.

    Take care all –

  • Budget Friendly Preparedness Tips – $10 Per Week

Budget Friendly Preparedness Tips – $10 Per Week

I previously published this back in 2019 and with new people visiting the site thought it would be a good idea to bring it back around. – Rourke

While the economy is strong and unemployment is at record low levels there are many people that continue to struggle. While stats and data can be manipulated to prove almost anything, the fact remains that wages in 2019 reached the same point which they were all the way back in 1973. This is, of course, taking inflation and the Consumer Price Index in consideration. The point is regardless of all the positive economic news millions of Americans struggle to not only live week to week – but the challenge to actually prepare for uncertain times seems impossible.

Seconds make minutes. Minutes make hours. Hours make days. Days make the month. Do a little each week and after a short time progress has occurred.

Here are a few “$10 per week or less” budget-friendly preparedness tips:

    • A few cans of soup, fruit, or vegetables
    • Create a digital preparedness library with inexpensive USB drives
    • Box of 9mm ammunition(can be found under $10 commonly) – definitely dated…LOL…..Rourke
    • Large bag of rice
    • Flashlight
    • Extra batteries for flashlights and radio’s
    • Candles
    • Fleece blanket
    • Make copies of all important papers such as insurance,
    • Cases of water and/or several gallon jugs
    • Buy 4 pounds of spaghetti and 2 cans of spaghetti sauce
    • A few jars of peanut butter – store in freezer
    • Grab a 5 pack of Bic lighters
    • Watch Youtube videos on different knots and practice
    • Buy a few military-type can openers
    • Pick up some cotton balls and petroleum jelly at the dollar store
    • 100 rounds of .22LR ammunition
    • Pick up several solar garden lights
    • Purchase a tarp or two at Harbor Freight
    • Duct tape

    The list is endless.

Take a look at what supplies you have in the categories of food, water, defense, shelter, and medical, and focus on the weakest areas first. A little bit at a time adds up and can make a big difference in the long run.

OK folks – what would you recommend?

  • Twitter Jack Dorsey says ‘hyperinflation’ will happen soon in the U.S. and the world

Twitter Jack Dorsey says ‘hyperinflation’ will happen soon in the U.S. and the world

The recent release of the Consumer Price Index showing a .4% increase in September alone and over 5% for the year has confirmed what many feel – including Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey – inflation continues its upward trend. Food and fuel are leading the way as inflation continues to reduce the purchasing power for all.

As someone who works in the manufacturing industry, I’ve seen firsthand that the supply chain issues that many of us see in our local grocery stores also is across numerous industries. The continued challenges companies have to find workers as well as the backlog of container ships waiting outside our ports are evidence that these issues are not close to resolution. Add the Bidenomics of adding trillions to the national debt and we have a formula for economic disaster.

Meanwhile…….the stock market continues to set new records. We all know it’s just a matter of time before it all comes crashing down.

This is being written on October 24th, 2021. How much higher will food prices rise? How expensive will fuel become? How will shortages impact our lives over the next several months?

Now is the time to take reasonable, commonsense precautions.

  • The Four Rules of Gun Safety

The Four Rules of Gun Safety

Note: I published this a few years ago and with the unfortunate accidental shooting event involving Alec Baldwin all over the news thought this would be a good time to bring it back. As humans, we tend to make mistakes – some more than others. Mistakes involving firearms can be not only dangerous but create life-changing events that some never recover from.

    Stay safe my friends.

    line

Over the past two months, I’ve worked with several new shooters and have gone over the four rules of gun safety – over and over and over again. I ended up seeing one couple at the range recently and witnessed safety infractions happening and had to speak up and say something. That was not at all what I taught them.

If you are new to shooting or maybe just never received the proper training read the following – and not just practice it but remember…and learn it.

    GUN SAFETY RULE #1:

Gun Safety, safety, Rule, loaded, shooting, preparedness, SHTF, firearms

Every gun should be treated like it’s loaded. Complacency and carelessness have cost far too many lives and it’s totally preventable. Positive a gun is empty? Treat it likes it’s not.

    GUN SAFETY RULE #2:

shooting, firearm, safety, gun, pistol, pointing, rule, gun safety

Handling a firearm comes with an awesome responsibility. Do not EVER point a firearm at something you are not willing to destroy – aka kill. This should be common sense but far too often it’s not. See someone break this rule accidentally? Let them know. It may be your life you end up saving.

A question that often comes up is – “Well, where should I point the gun?” This depends on where you are and where everyone else is. Bottom line is the gun should never point at any person. Many shooting ranges have rules stating all firearms must point downrange at all times. When carrying firearms – both pistols and long guns – I prefer to keep barrels pointing downward.

    GUN SAFETY RULE #3:

Accidental discharges are more often than not caused by a finger pulling a trigger when the shooter was NOT ready to shoot. This is a simple fix by keeping your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.

    GUN SAFETY RULE #4:

guns, shooting, safety, rules, pistol, backstop, firearms, training, gun safety,

Never shoot at anything you have not absolutely identified AND know what is behind it.  Targets are often missed and you are accountable for every round exiting your gun. Bullets can travel great distances so you must know exactly where every shot will end up.

    *     *     *     *     *

As a gun owner, you are responsible for handling all firearms in a safe manner. As a responsible advocate for the 2nd Amendment, I would go further to say you are also responsible for watching out for others to prevent accidents and help educate.

    Be safe out there!

  • From the Desk of John Rourke

From the Desk of John Rourke

There’s a lot of talk about a dark winter fast approaching. Who knows what the next few months will provide let alone the next few years. Basic preparedness continues to just make sense having plenty of beans, bullets, and band-aids on hand.

The term Dark Winter is being used by different people to have different meanings. Some are referring to a large increase in COVID cases and corresponding lockdowns. Others are referring to further supply chain issues, shortages, and economic issues including rising fuel and food prices.

The term “Dark Winter” was used in an exercise portraying a “fictional scenario depicting a covert smallpox attack on U.S. citizens. The scenario is set in 3 successive National Security Council (NSC) meetings which take place over 2 weeks. Former senior government officials played the roles of NSC members; media representatives were among the observers and played journalists during the mock press conferences. The exercise was held at Andrews Air Force Base, Washington, DC.” See this Youtube video for more information. Interesting.

Going to make a few changes over in the Patriot Brigade Member area. I’ll start with transferring “Our American Exit Strategy” entries into the new Blog. I’ll backdate each post so everything is in order. Main reason behind this is to make it so that members can comment if they would like.

I wrote a few months ago that I was working towards disconnecting my relationship with Amazon as they have made some policies that I simply find, well, less than ideal. That is easier said than done. One of the main issues revolves around finding alternative sources and methods to replace what income I have received from Amazon with other sources. As an affiliate, I get a couple percent of all sales that people make who follow my links to Amazon at no additional cost to them. While I thoroughly enjoy connecting with like-minded folks, I use this as a secondary stream of income as well. Website hosting, domain registration, servers, etc. are not free. Since opening my own store here on 1776 I’ve expanded the product selection and continue to do so on a regular basis as well.

I continue to expand my relationships with other companies to reduce dependency on Amazon. We the People holsters is just the latest. They make some awesome holsters and I’ll be reviewing some in the very near future.

There are many reports of “far-right, anti-government” groups being created and growing in popularity across the country. While I completely understand why and largely agree with the beliefs many of these groups have – there are risks in associating with any of them. Hasn’t it long been a major obstacle for survivalists and preppers to connect, network, and form mutual assistance groups? It has and I’ve seen it personally as many are so suspicious of others that they end up remaining a lone wolf rather than becoming part of a “survival family” and taking advantage of the many benefits to group inclusion.

    Take care all

  • Panhandle Rancher: On Politics, Community, and Liberty

Panhandle Rancher: On Politics, Community, and Liberty

Rourke: The following is a previously unpublished submission from Panhandle Rancher – circa 2013. He was responding to an article I published that discussed the state of the country and community involvement as a means to generate positive change. A lot has changed since 2013 and I wonder if his thoughts on the subject changed at all. I’m hoping a mutual friend who would know better than I will share his thoughts.
    line
Yes, we should know each of our local elected officials for we put them in office. I submit that people of our way of thought and lifestyle must get involved with our communities; that we get involved with the Tea Party, with the Republicans, with the Democrats, with the Libertarians, perhaps even create a new political party, and use political processes to effect change within acceptable channels of change. We have been given a most unique gift, a flexible government amenable to change without bloodshed. This is a gift of unimaginable proportions. Destruction is easy. We need only to look at our own Civil War, to Serbia, to Afghanistan, to Syria, in order to see this. To build and to build something better, now that is much more difficult and the challenge much more gratifying.

I have been an elected judge in the Great State of Texas. Even though I chose to serve but one term of office, for the rest of my life, I shall likely receive mail addressed to the Honorable. I simply cannot describe what that feels like, how very very humbling it is, how grave and solemn it is, to receive mail so addressed; to have men older and no doubt wiser stand when I walk into a room, to no longer to be called by my name but to be quietly addressed as ‘Your Honor.’ How so many elected officials live lives less than honorable when openly referred to as ‘the Honorable’ is beyond comprehension. Nevertheless, elected leaders at the White House, at Congress, at State Houses, and at our local Court Houses across the land all too often live lives and perform deeds that are by no standard, Honorable (all elected leaders receive the appellation). In the post-Nixon era it has become common for a politician behaving in a horribly egregious manner to apologize and all is forgiven. Nay, I say. Nay! We should never forgive nor forget anyone who tarnishes the high standard of public trust conferred by elected position.

I became involved in the political process and ran for office when someone I thought undeserving ran unopposed. This my friends is the heavy burden life in our Republic places on each of its citizens. Civics and political science classes often curtail the obligations imposed upon citizens of this Republic. To vote and to serve on a jury are the obligations most quoted. These are important and by no means trivial, however, the mature citizen understands the higher obligations of military service and the political processes.

A philosopher far wiser than myself once observed that every people have the government they deserve. This is the reason different peoples have organized under warlords, kings, dictators, democracies, and republics. Functional representative governments require citizens willing to stake their fortunes, their liberty, and their very lives, for abstract and intangible principles.

The only physical difference between El Paso and Juarez is the Rio Grande yet we have two peoples living with totally different sets of opportunities. Our ancestors decided they did not want to live as unrepresented citizens of the Crown and violently threw off the mantle of British rule. By so doing they ultimately created a political system that has made the United States the envy of the world. Far too many citizens of Mexico would flee rather than undergo the sacrifice required to create there what we have here. As long as this happens, life under their form of government will always remain less desirable. That we are willing to absorb a people unwilling to make those ultimate sacrifices, many unwilling to even learn our language but all more than willing to absorb our largess works in concert toward our ultimate downfall.

Some of us are quick to call for the violent dismemberment of this representative government that is the envy of the world. Friends, our ancestors, and many of us alive today have paid an incredible price for the however much-diminished freedoms we now enjoy. They have given us a political system amenable to non-violent change. Hiding in a hole with our beans, bullets, and band-aids is not the answer. What we need, is the courage, the commitment, and the will to use political processes to effect desirable change. My friends, it will always be easier to destroy than to build.

    Humbly submitted,
    Panhandle Rancher

  • EMP and Controversy

    EMP and Controversy

There is no doubt that EMP is one of the most popular reasons people prepare. Over the last several years movies and TV shows have caught on and used such an event to tell a story. Numerous products have come out on the market to help prepare such as EMP-proof bags which sensitive electronics can be placed inside and the popular EMP Shield which I have in my truck. BTW – Coupon code “1776” gets you $50 off.

When I was active on Facebook I knew of several prepper discussion groups that did not allow EMP as a topic. Why? Because of the misinformation relayed and the arguments that would take place. Admins and moderators would have to get involved and it would become one giant pain in the arse. Much like COVID, there is much misinformation spread around as facts, and people get extremely defensive if an alternative belief is suggested.

Can’t we just all get along? Sometimes.

Historical events related to solar flares have been used to “prove” a variety of “facts”. The EMP Commission released a report back in 2004 which has been used to prove arguments on both sides of issues with the vast majority taking information out of context. Good information was communicated in this report, unfortunately, the Federal government has failed to properly react.

    So – what’s the truth?

There are basic steps that can be taken to prepare in case of an EMP or solar flare regardless of the controversy. We’ll discuss this in an upcoming post.

    Take care all.

  • Question: Anyone have the Steyr L9-A2 MF?

Question: Anyone have the Steyr L9-A2 MF?

I have long sought a Steyr M9A1 9mm pistol. In a crowded field where so many pistols are only slight deviations from each other, the Steyr has been truly unique for years. The original M9A1 became aged as modern technology improved not only manufacturing and quality, but accuracy and triggers as well. Steyr came out with their new A2 MF and just today I had the ability to lay my hands on this unicorn. I absolutely loved it.

    Steyr, L9 A2, 9mm, pistol,

So – anyone have one by chance? If so, please share your thoughts below.

Will I get one? I need another pistol like the National Debt needs another trillion added to it. That doesn’t mean it won’t happen though.

Have a good rest of your weekend.

    Panhandle Rancher

It saddens me to announce that Panhandle Rancher has passed away. For those who may not know of him – he wrote numerous articles on my old website and shared his thoughts here as well. He was a frequent commenter at one time and added an incredible amount of knowledge and perspective. I had the honor of meeting him several years ago. We talked about life and his many experiences from childhood through adulthood. He had vast experiences in law enforcement through at least one three-letter agency and traveled the world keeping America safe. He was a loving husband, father – and a son of God. I have never met anyone who knew so much about….well, so much.

He will be missed by many and his passing is a great loss to this country and everyone in it who values liberty and freedom.

  • Has “It” already hit the fan?

Has “It” already hit the fan?

For years many of us have gotten that “feeling” – you know the one – that something is right around the corner. That feeling of impending trouble….maybe even doom. It drives us to prepare for the unknown. Well, every single time I’ve had that feeling in the past I’ve been wrong. Every single time.

    Now?

We are already in the midst of an SHTF event. I don’t have to list off all the craziness going on along with some insanity thrown in. No – you are well aware. We are in the middle of something that no one could have predicted. All the survival scenarios we’ve run and prepper fiction stories read always had some event, some massive situation that made it obvious that SHTF is now upon us. With all that has occurred in such a short time who knows what will happen over the next few years. I can’t see a path back to where we once were. It’s never going to be the same again.

    What can we do?

    Prepare.

    Thoughts?
