I have tremendous respect for Chris Kyle and the skill and bravery he showed. Regardless of our agreement or disagreement regarding the war, bravery, and patriotism are simply bravery and patriotism. I’ve shared this a few times over the years and I’ll continue to do so. A scene in the movie American Sniper has his father explaining evil to his two boys……..
“There are three types of people in this world: sheep, wolves, and sheepdogs.”
“Some people prefer to believe that evil doesn’t exist in the world, and if it ever darkened their doorstep, they wouldn’t know how to protect themselves. Those are the sheep.”

I really enjoyed the book. Not that it was well written but the content was excellent for guys like us.
