Over the last few months, we’ve been told the peak was coming – we just need to make it through the peak. Then, “flatten the curve” was the line repeated over and over again when asking about reopening States. Now many politicians are saying reopening cannot occur until every citizen has been tested and/or a cure is found.
This is for a virus that has an effective lethality rate MUCH lower than originally forecasted. While a segment of the population remains at risk for COVID-19, EVERYONE is at risk of suffering the consequences of economic collapse. It seems commonsense that those at risk from a health perspective should be quarantined – not everyone in the country.

She nailed it! I have to wonder if the Dems (and China) are behind this mess. Put Trump in the corner with fake news and blown up news about COVID19 so he has to show he is doing something to stop it. He tried up front to down play the virus but the press ate him up. Whoever is behind it, it is working to turn people against President Trump and it is ruining our economy.
Fred – Agreed – she nailed it. I have to say Trump is not innocent in this entire situation. While I love the guy and he is in a position that it really doesn’t matter what he does – he will be blamed for all but the positive. He has not done everything correctly and his continuous stating that he has is problematic. He is but one man and the people most responsible for each state are the governors. They are the leaders with each state and as we see now have the greatest impact(bad or good).
Oh jeez a politician lied about something….Oh spare me, if their lips are moving they are lying about something.
They did it for the quest of power & wealth. Look who made money [either by paychecks, through their donors, or by stockmarket moves]
And quit with the President Trump will fix everything stuff. We are RAPIDLY reaching a flashpoint where we the Citizens of this nation, where violence will happen [Civil War II] and there will be NO sanctuary/safe places, NO prisoners taken, NO quarter asked NOR quarter given, only scorched earth will remain.
And only the fiercest & strongest will surive. And the Gov’t of the people, by the people and for the people WILL perish from the earth. Only to be replaced by something else.
The powder keg has been packed to overflowing with high pressure, the fuse has been set & some idiot is waving a flaming torch over it, daring everyone to knock it out of their hands or take it away.
the factions will be vast, city vs rural, county vs state, state vs nation, west vs east, young vs old, etc.. So the time for choosing is rapidly coming to an end & your side will be chosen for you. So where will you stand?

I agree Mike about their lips are moving……they are lying. This has been ongoing fr years. It would have been nice to have a bit more honesty at a time when the nation needed it. Oh well. Trump will not fix everything. He is but one man and as I mentioned in another comment not completely innocent here.
I tend to clip off the extreme right and extreme left and look for answers that make sense in the middle… not that I am above pushing something.. you have to use the tools similar to your enemies or you lose. As altruistic as I woudl like to believe we are, it’s a measure by degrees rather than a yes or no. Another definition of Gray I suppose.
The government is inefficient at best and generally ineffective, because it tries to do to much and control much more than was thier original charter (infrastructure and defense only). Across the board the all the faux organizations we’ve created to “manage” the enormous number of efforts are partisan and or corporate backed. Look at who backs and pay expenses for the CDC, WHO, and all our “trusted” sources. You’ll find corporations and foundations, because it insulates individuals from scrutiny and prosecution. We arrest drug dealers, and organized crime that do this, but applaud the creativity of big business for doing the same things. Why.. because they are competition or unapproved, not legal or not legal.. Ok so how does that relate to the video and general point of the post. If they can convince us that we are all an -ist of some sort and guilty of an associated -ism then we will squabble for positions and influence while the larger picture goes on about it’s business.. We are not together.. making US ineffective as well. In short, we are controlled. .. COVID19 has been very effective as a method to instill fear (the ultimate controller). is the 25-35% unemployment and systematic destruction of the worlds most stable economy an unintended consequence ? Possible I suppose if you believe in coincidence well beyond the realm of statistical chance. Ultimately that means it was deliberate, and the consequences intentional. I tend to support this view. I don’t think that worlds leaders are organized and agree enough for One-World.. that is one of the extremes. We have 8 billion people and life means little, which we have seen repeatedly recently. Something we also have to figure out ,, otherwise in 20 years it will be 16 billion. All of this feel like an attempt to control food, and resources and expense of the average human life. They attempt to control and solve “the problems” as seen by the threatened “elite”.. (Gates, Soros, blah blah.. and names we don’t even know probably… thier FEAR.. is that it ALL crashes and thier perceived wealth in 1’s and 0’s evaporates. I think that is very possible if not near term then mid term… IMO it is why they are investing is assets “things” , and the reason Mark Goodwin advocates similar strategies and the “little guy level”. really short version.. COVID19 is an internationally advocated scam. At this point HOW it happened is irrelevant, because it is now being used opportunistically, as IF it was meant to be used that way, whether it was or not.

Lets face it, four years ago, we were deplorable. Now were non-essential. That is a
very steep and slippery slope. Just need one more euphemistic term for our actual destiny. November election is the key determinant of our future. The left will pull out all stops before long, just watch. Its do or die for them, the last hurrah, and they know it. The virus is their poison to inflict upon us all. All done in the name of ‘its for our own good’. Trump is not perfect, but he is the only champion that is leading the struggle to achieve some idea of sanity for all. It is interesting to see how the virus can lead to no Trump rallies, massive mail in voter fraud because you can’t vote in human form and hey, the kung flu season will start up this fall, just in the nick of time. But before the autumn leaves appear, I think sometime in July, the kinetic war will begin in earnest. Stress, fear of the unknown future in the face of massive unemployment only means one thing, violence. In the new coming reality and ugliness, men may not stand tall but they will have to stand up. Seeking permission to live at the whim of some other alternate reality that is being pandered to by our betters is not life, but servitude. Many are witness to the fact the virus is more political than biologic, not only in its manifestations but cures as well. Many are angry, many are scared, and most are clueless, but we all know something is not just amiss, but broken. We have all crossed the Rubicon. Welcome to the Twilight Zone.
So many great posts here, thank you for your input. As someone who is very high risk at this point, I’d just like the straight poop. Not gonna get it but makes it even more difficult and confusing for my wife and I. I keep trying to educate my kids and get them prepared. Specifically to make sure that my wife is taken care of. I too see this turning into a war in the streets eventually. Lots of sides and demographics going against each other. All preparing to eventually lead to the End Times and 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

I think has been planned for a long time. And I think the whole impeachment process was a diversion to try and keep Trump from dealing effectively with the virus. Whether it was man made or not, it was released intentionally by China, and the democrats powers that be knew it was coming and are using it as another ploy to defeat Trump. The deep state was/is much deeper than most people thought. We have reached the tipping point in our country. After November we will either have our last chance to right this country or be doomed to a socialist nation. We will see!

Governments lie, perhaps it should’t be but it’s now expected. That so many in government defend it with the claim that its done for our own good (the noble lie) is what I find so particularly grading….

They wee much worse than we are, however they didn’t pretend to be virtuous and beat their breast over how they were wronged, all the while knowing otherwise and saying an doing exactly the opposite. They had the good graces to hide it..
They will do it regardless..
I think what we have is not much different.. but communications in the modern world have made hiding nearly impossible.. and basically it shortens the cycle of renewal. we are in the weak men make hard times that produce hard men before good time part of the loop. Our grand children will either have it better or make it better.. Our Children thought will not thank us for the opportunity I think.
