Man likes his M1A’s and the tenebraex is cool .. works really well .. Bigger travel radio.. FT991 as well as Baofeng .. PVS-14 .. missing that one due to cost.. My bonos are cheaper .. his ar awesome .. I’ve used THAT pair .. good stuff.. no helmet and cheaper compass.. I’ll get there .. and REALLY want to use Trijicon ACOG .. $1,500.00 Whew .. good list

This is a timely article as I was working on my long range travel kit last night. I define long range as 50 miles one way. I tried to think of what I would want/ need if I have to walk back home (a 3 to 5 day walk at 50 miles), depending on circumstances). Because of how remotely I live, I make a lot of long range trips. My kit is a little more compact, but there are some good ideas in the article to consider.
