Happy Labor Day all! Hope you are off from work and enjoying the day.
Spending this afternoon with Maine Prepper Girl(Kass) over at her sister’s for a cookout.
As usual, several projects have not been completed as I had planned. Will attend to those.
Will plan and get ready for the week. Heading back to work tomorrow AM.

Old fashion canning guide. Would be very good to print out for future reference. I don’t place any faith in guidelines established by the government. 📑

Yes – this is actually happening in Scottland. We will see similar actions increase in America. This isn’t about flock safety of stopping people from getting sick. It’s about the government getting more control.
Period.

We are rapidly approaching $36 trillion in National Debt. Insanity and unsustainable.

Made another mini-wood holder for the Solo Stove and firepit. Cooler weather is coming and sitting outside by a fire is one of our favorite things to do.

Hope everyone has a great week. We continue to head very quickly towards an uncertain future that seems to be lining up to be extremely challenging. Keep preparing folks.

Happy Labor to you also. Enjoy the day. Cooler days are coming. Prepare wisely. Time to stock and buy as funds allow it.
Happy Labor Day to you s Kass. Thank God I live in the free state of Florida and if mumbles harris wins hopefully we will become the free country of Florida.
Canning tomatoes today. It is labor intensive but I enjoy it.Two 25 lb.
cases yield 20 qts.The green beans are really nice this year and hopefully
the carrots and yams will be good. Most of our canning vegetables and
fruit comes from eastern Washington and the Hutterite Colonies over on
the prairies.
My wife gives me old “don’t we have enough yet” look. She’s right but I
doubt if I could turn away a hungry child. When I finish packing a case I
catch myself figuring out how many folks we could feed and for how long.
There is a great Apple Festival down in the Bitterroot Valley around
Hamilton Mt.We have always wanted to go but being on a walker and
tethered to an O2 hose 24/7 keeps us pretty close to home. That’s OK.
We like home.
There is a Veterans picnic and BBQ at the fair grounds on Saturday and a big gun show. Gotta go.
Haven’t heard from J.P. in Mt. in a long while. Hope you are OK. Anyone
who is in the Flathead give us a heads up.We can meet for coffee at the
4Bs In Kalispell. We are harmless old folks following the Grey Man theory.
Good Luck to all those that deserve it. We
