Pretty much blew my diet this past weekend but not terribly so. Had some pizza, a little popcorn. No big deal. Was very strict all last week and back on it this week.
Really enjoying hitting the gym daily – or twice daily.

I refuse to put ketchup in the refrigerator. It just doesn’t make sense to me to pour a cold substance on a hot hamburger. Guess I’m just crazy. By the way – I’m Heinz all the way.

He: “I’m a butcher.”
