With Big Tech declaring war against free speech, the 2nd Amendment, and those of us considered “patriotic” I’ve made the decision to change some things here. I make no secret that I have 1776 and other websites as a secondary stream of income. As companies such as Amazon target those who have opinions and beliefs like mine, my continued support of those companies just cannot continue.
Amazon is a major part of my income. As people click on links and make purchases I can a few pennies per dollar spent at no additional cost to the consumer. Over the years it’s worked well – until now.
There are certainly alternatives to Amazon and other companies I am choosing to distance myself from. While these companies actively target freedom-loving Americans they also do an excellent job providing the services they offer. Replacing them is not easy. If I cannot replace them and keep the support coming in then 1776PatriotUSA.com will go the way of the Tasmanian Tiger.
It’s going to take a couple of months at least to get everything set up and changed over. I’ll continue to use Amazon as both a consumer and publisher until I get have replacements. I’ll provide updates along the way.

Living in Texas is getting interesting. Lots of talk about leaving the States. We are already independent for fuels and energy. Grow all types of food and rich with needed minerals. Got the prettiest women too. Been working with neighbors to form a MAG group if martial law happens. hardening defenses and building stockpiles to weather the storm.
Sorry to hear that, happening a lot across the board unless you talk the Party line in medical treatment, politics, etc. First Amendment gone.
John, separating from Amazon is going to be hard, most of the medical supplies we need daily we get through them. I try to purchase what I can from individuals that sell on amazon. MC, is Texas does part with the United Socialist States of America and Florida does not, I will be re-locating there. Hopefully if this separation of states has to happen, that conservitive all ban together.
I am of two minds on the issue actually. I mean I see where you are coming from, and don’t disagree, not really. You want to take a principled approach, I get it and understand. If you stay, and it keeps you active and money comes in you can use to support your way of life.. that’s one side .. but they are not a great supporter of some of the things we might want.. They are THE bully in publishing and have been for a long time. Nothing new there really.
Functionally you are censored to a great degree if you leave as well.. to a greater degree if you leave at virtually no cost to them. So, who does it hurt more whether you leave or whether you stay.
In one way you are making them fund what they don’t approve of, if you see what I am getting at. If you leave they are not harmed, and they no longer contribute to our causes so to speak. If they ever decide to cut you off, then it is the same as if you left voluntarily, so you should have the other mechanisms in place, and for other users who HAVE cut them off as well.
Honestly I would rather see you USE them, than have them USE You.. IMO
I have a large vocabulary, but lately I seem to be using more and smaller words .. at volume.. so I am constantly irritated at best. I am not all that gray, no one in the community is, but I am trying to do whatever I can to NOT stick out or stick up to get hammered….. maybe I won’t escape notice, but if I use them, and not them use me maybe I’ll be able to do some good . If I don’t have a stroke first or some thing..
