Far too often in the world of preparedness “stuff” is what’s targeted. Lists are made with quantities of guns, ammo, food items, medical supplies, knives, water filters, etc. Rarely is health and fitness even a consideration.
In the video below I offer a few thoughts on this issue.
You are right Rourke- so important to keep healthy and fit- which I need to do more of- for now I have been planting small trees- about 5 daily-good exercise and fresh air.-and good for the land and wildlife and for future generations. Arlene
Today I saw the Jr Cooker that you shared the other day- it was $49.99
in Tractor Supply. Arlene
PS Our grocery stores are finally getting hash and dinty moore stew and cracklin oat bran cereal back on the shelves. We still have trouble finding canned cat and canned dog food. The shelves are often empty or down to just a couple.
Arlene,
Take a look at Chewy.com for pet food. Shipping free on orders over $49. Prices very comparable with local ones. Can have reorders scheduled etc.
Good luck.
