MEDICAL PREPAREDNESS: Mentioned the other day that there are often supplies that we fail to stock up on because although useful – they are just not fun and exciting. Books often sit in this category.
There is one MUST HAVE book in particular that I highly recommend due to its invaluable information.
The Survival Medicine Handbook is in its third edition and contains 700 pages of lifesaving reference material.
I would publish the Table of Contents but it is massive. Feel free to check the Amazon description for more details.
Buy it. Now. You won’t regret it.

We bought our copy not long after it first came out.My wife has an extensive
medical back ground and thinks it is the best everyone should have one..
Better hurry because anything with a survivalist theme may soon be hard to
find.

it’s like building a fire, ya gotta practice at it. all the knowledge in the world won’t help you if you don’t have actual hands on experience. there is no substitute for real life, hands on how to.
most small community colleges have classes in EMT training, and the red cross will have free classes on CPR.
take advantage of them now if possible. the life you save may be a beloved family member.
