PB – ACC Aviator 2. Why? Cost – and it works. It’s also the only one I have owned(eh-hem….throat clearing…..)

I paid $299 – while others that I researched cost almost twice that with little to no performance difference.

Anyone tried a rifleman loop sling?
I’ve used every other kind of tactical sling and yes, they have their purpose.

    Can anyone advise :
is a battery charger designed to charge Lion (or Nicad or NMH, or eneloop) batteries also able to charge the other batteries in this list, or are they exclusive to the batteries they are designed for?

    Thanx

Good question David and I am planning a blurb on “secret” batteries and chargers. Well – not really a secret just many people don’t know about them. To your question GG58 pretty much nailed it. It depends on the charger as if the charger is only for 3.7V batteries placing a 1.2V battery in it could be a problem.

I would suggest having a charger for Lithium-Ion and another for Ni-MH or other.

On chargers.. Most CAN charge most rechargeables. Not all have software to monitor and adapt to correct amperage or prevent overcharge. Nitecore has some relatively inexpensive that does the minimums.

    For my question..

I bought a Coleman 424 stove for 30 dollars and Walmart’s brand of fuel haven’t tried it out yet anyone have any ideas couldn’t find any Coleman Fuel anywhere and reading 299 Days just finished number 2 great series just ordered 3. i hope everyone keeps prepping this assclown Trump is going to wreck America !

    1. JR says:

Well Cole disappointed to hear your opinion on Trump but hey – it’s a free country. Maybe Michelle will run in 4 years. Yeeps!!!!

Regarding Coleman fuel I would keep checking Walmart – or look at Target. Also check camping places like Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops. Of course the Walmart brand may work just fine.

    2. Doomsday says:

Trump wreck America? Have you been living under a rock? Obama has attacked every freedom we hold dear, our right to defend ourself, our right to free speech, our Christian beliefs, trump wins praising all these things that almost ALL Preppers I know have feared losing for the past 8 years, and you act like Trump is the problem! Unreal, makes me question you even being a true Prepper, I’m not sure your on the right sight bud, the left is that way 👉🏻!

If you had to stay in a bunker for 2+ weeks due to nuclear attack, what would be some of the supplies you would ensure to have besides food/water? After watching “ALONE”, I wonder if I could survive with only 1 other person in solitaire.

  7. Flipper says:

You have some great questions here, answers too!
Last summer I saw a fourty or maybe fifty pound bag of pool salt, I beleave under the Morton name, could that be used as non iodine salt?
maybe for curing meat or canning?
