    I have noticed over the years that most of these deals always include some kind of soup. How is that filling? No way would that satisfy any kind of hunger for a long time. Just like drinking some water. They need some more than soup in these kits. Calories are key here. To me it’s waste of money. I can do better with can goods than this stuff. Just saying.

      I have noticed the same thing, however, I recognize this is an emergency food supply that could/should be consumed in conjunction with any other available food stores. The kit does provided the needed daily calories in a simple-to-prepare, lightweight, and portable kit.

      Options are always good. Canned goods are a great choice as well.
