🚨 Breaking News: One sick chicken found—time to cull thousands! 🤦♂️
Ever wonder why eggs cost as much as gold these days? It’s not magic—it’s mass culling. The U.S. wipes out entire flocks at the first sign of bird flu, while Canada and Mexico manage the issue without sending millions of hens to an early grave. Guess what? Their eggs are still cheap! 🥚💰
Maybe it’s time to rethink the “kill ’em all” approach? Or do we just enjoy paying $6 for a dozen? 🤔
I just water glassed another dozen eggs bought from a local farm. I highly suggest you take steps to secure your food supply – which includes eggs.

It’s the same here in Australia, ours are $8 to $12 a dozen where I live . The farmers market has them at $6 for local eggs . Unfortunately I lost all mine to foxes this year . Now trying to replace them has been very difficult.
John, I think the culling of chickens was more about culling people than trying to protect them. we have four chickens and one rooster, not by choice, but now I’m thinking of hatching some chicks and have a constant supply of eggs. Feed cost me $21.00 a month.
