The big protests last Saturday by Antifa turned out to be nothing. I am a tad surprised it was not a bigger deal but anticipated the whole thing was being exaggerated. Like the whole “Occupy Wall Street” faded out Antifa may follow suit.

My favorite time of year – November and December. I love Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons.

I had a set schedule of posts for each week. Certain things were published certain days. I’ve had a lot of stuff going on and unable to keep that same pace. Last week missed the “From the Desk of….” on Thursday and Friday. This weekend I will be unable to work on the site at all due to a camping trip. Publication schedule will likely drop off some next week.

JR, enjoy the camping trip. A friend of mine went out to see if antiifas showed up in our town as they planned, nothing, happened. I wonder if this will be like the kid that cried wolf, keep saying they will something and do not till everybody stops listening to them, then they do something violent.

some are even saying it was the alt right/far right who put this Nov 4th Civil War out in hopes of baiting antifa into a fight AND causing anarchy in the streets. Remember, the far right and far left both want anarchy and chaos – neither are your friends.

  You do understand that the Alt-left (Antifa) and the Alt-right (Nazis) are both left of center. They’re both socialist movements. Please don’t fall into the media’s trap that people right of center (conservatives and libertarians) are somehow associated with the Alt-right. You’re correct however in the fact that the alt-left and alt-right aren’t our friends. They’re battling for control of the socialist movement in America.

I did not say at any time left of center, conservative, right wing, libertarian or anything else. I said alt right AND far right. You do realize there are far right groups that don’t fit into the Alt Right movement or have you bought into the right wing media dribble that there are only conservatives on the right and everyone else is considered the alt right?

I suspect that the ANTIFA brouhaha was a case of “Ring the gong” to gauge the reaction of the opposition to plan for future actions. Do not under estimate these crazies. They are snotrags, but not stupid….and they are organizing!
