You’d have to live in a vacuum not to realize the political and social division in this country has grown tremendously over the past 10-15 years. There is a trending belief that a new, modern civil war is inevitable. Opinions vary on exactly what this conflict will look like. I have my own beliefs and the videos below provide a very similar description that closely matches my vision. I firmly believe that this second civil war has already started.
Take the time to watch and listen. Take the time to rewatch and listen again. While theories based simply what was read in a book or discussed in on an internet forum exist, developing a theory based on accurate intelligence and data is not easy. Sam Culper as featured in these videos has developed such a theory and opinion.
No – there will not be a civil war like back in 1861. The complexities, the locations, and the people involved will vary significantly. No tanks. No missiles. Irregular warfare, hit and run tactics, and political/economic resistance will be more the norm.

This is interesting. This seems to be the the talk now everywhere on the boards and just plain conversation about the Civil War that is coming. I really hope not but the way this country is changing and the divide we have now and other issues that keep festering it will not get better anytime soon. This next election I think will determine which way we go. If Trump wins again then look out. The divide will even be more. If the Democraps win then we are all doomed! The sales of guns,food stocks,etc all concerned party’s are bracing for the worst. 2020 will change this country I think forever and there is no going back! Sad really.

Trump is providing us a “stay” when it comes to bad times ahead. He is doing nothing when it comes the massive Federal debt.
FO is good people … Samuel Culper of course is a pseudonym, having been the name of the leader of a revolutionary war spy network. Several of the contributors can publish under that name . The folks there are all out of the intelligence arena and are using verified open source data, rather than hype. It’s as good as it gets and be outside JSOC and the like. Anybody could/would and probably should take a dim view of the way we behave toward each other as countrymen.
I will say that I stay a little buried in these facts often, and don’t look up. The more you look the worse it gets. A self licking ice cream cone at times, for causation. Occasionally I have to reset, reboot .. and pull my head out of where ever it is buried and just breathe. The twisted gut feeling will eat you alive if it’s all you have. So we can feed it something else. We can feed it the PEW PEW on the range.. workout in the gym… some life .. and maybe some beer from time to time.
CW2 as JR said woudl be cellular, and a combination of fiscal, media and other elements. Something those guys can show is gong on now as what is classified as low intensity conflict .. and in the US.. we are probably talking about escalation is all.. unless other countries get involved.. to take advantage.. that would be unconventional as well Cyber, Grid, etc…
Name one free or free-ish country that is not besieged by this right NOW… Brits ?, Germany?, France?… and we are handling it best or at least better than them..
I think it is really much bigger than just the US.

Words of wisdom and truth GG58. I frequently have to take refuge from the news and the facts of what is happening in this country. If I don’t my ability to focus on much else comes into question.
We agree that low-intensity conflict is well underway. There is a war being waged on those on the Right – the Patriotic Right wanting to retain some semblance of what the Founders sacrificed and risked their lives for. I expect as the election comes closer more efforts will become clear with voices from the Right becoming deplatformed and silenced.
As to your questions about one free country not under siege? There isn’t one which I know was your point.
The time is now. Prepare or do not. It’s decision time.

This morning, I read about the divisions. The Malignant Overlords [thank you, SeaGypsyPhilosopher Ray Jason] plan the divide based on cutting their losses and maximizing their gains.
Accordingly, from the west side of the Sierra Nevada mountains to about the 100th meridian is a write-off. Cost to maintain it exceeds the potential profits. You are on your own.
The desertified south-west was always unviable, so that is abandoned. You are on your own.
A few seaports == Seattle, Frisco, Corpus Christie == are maintained until the costs rise above profitability. Long before that point, you are on your own.
The Malignant Overlords are global citizens. Anytime the costs of business in anyplace exceeds Return-On-investment, they shift their focus.
There is no voting our way out of this.
A series of minor skirmishes involving a few locals won’t make much of a difference. We won’t have anything close to a war. The Malignant Overlords won’t allow a break in production.
Another way of defining ‘production’ == strip-mining this particular planet until it is dead.
