PREPAREDNESS: 2024 Is Fast Approaching

Frequently we use the term “zombie apocalypse”🧟‍♀️ as a somewhat humorous means to discuss preparedness. While we may throw around the term “zombie apocalypse” lightly – it may not be far from the truth. Many of us believe 2024 is going to be a year filled with uncertainty, challenges, and threats. If anything, we need to step up our preps starting now and continue through the coming year.

I remain extremely focused on getting certain preps completed by the end of 2024. I’ve always been goal-oriented and I’ve made a prep list of what I want to accomplish in 2024. This list has now been divided up by the month in which each prep goal is to be completed.

Why am I so focused on preparing in 2024?

There are so many volatile situations that either exist right now or are in the works. Here’s a quick list of a select few:

  • Continued supply chain issues involving food, pharmaceutical products, and numerous other essentials.
  • Cyberthreats are ramping up and cybersecurity experts agree as society becomes more dependent on the Internet and connected with multimedia devices cyberthreats and attacks of all kinds will become more frequent. These attacks could be as simple as phishing campaigns against individuals to cyberterrorism against banks, power companies, and other large companies and organizations.
  • Political division and violence are sure to ramp up in 2024. The upcoming Presidential election is sure to be a powderkeg. Anything is possible including riots, mass protests, and civil unrest.
  • We have pieces of the puzzle getting put together that could very well lead to World War 3. Between the war between Ukraine and Russia, Israel at war with Hamas, China threatening to take Taiwan, and the mass US military buildup in the Middle East it appears calling this a “calamity” would be an understatement.
  • The unprecedented flow of illegal immigrants crossing into the United States over the past 3 years no doubt provided an avenue for terrorists to take position in regions across the country. What are their intent and when will they strike? This is a recipe for disaster and continues daily.
  • The population continues to grow and the demand on the power grid expands with this growth. The growth of electric vehicle ownership has placed a burden on many areas for power systems to keep up with the demand. Experts agree that the national power grid is behind and not keeping up with the demand. Brownouts? Blackouts? Intermittent outages? Regional grid collapse?
  • Drug addiction is growing this is leading to higher crime including theft and violence. These custom drugs are becoming more addictive and more potent with each new generation of development. Families are being destroyed and criminal organizations are becoming stronger and more powerful.
  • The national debt continues to grow and approaches $34 trillion as of this writing. The massive influx of money into the economy over the last 4 years has led to record inflation which has reduced the purchasing power of citizens and created an economy that many find difficult to live in. It continues with no end in sight.

    The health care system is also collapsing. Hospitals are closing (esp. rural) and the care (patient to nurse ratio) is critical due to many nurses leaving the their positions and professions. The same can be said for doctors who have to see patients in an assembly line fashion in order to show a profit. Seniors are facing a major increase in Medicare Pt D, with prescription costs rising more than they can afford. This is changing how seniors are taking their meds, not taking as prescribed etc. To add insult to injury, copays and deductibles are increasing while fixed income retirements are not able to keep up. Many seniors are delaying going in to be seen for non life threateningly injuries as they can’t afford to, with those conditions worsening as the aged heal slower.

      Good points all around Anna. I’ve witnessed the changes in the healthcare system over the last 10 years and it’s horrible. I have no doubt death are occurring due to these changes. As I moved to Maine and tried to get a doctors appointment and establish as a new patient the closest appointment I could get was December. I contacted the doctors office back in May.

    I don’t believe that the medical / Pharmaceutical industry has any interest in making people and keeping people healthy. I think everyone should make efforts to ween themselves off the crap they are pumping and replace everything possible with natural remedies. Let thy food be thy medicine. Let Thy medicine be thy food. I take nothing, not even aspirin. I do eat lots of turmeric with my meals and always put Boswellia in my coffee to help with inflammation. I love meat but eat loads of veggies (mostly grown in my gardens each day. Works for me.

      CaptTurbo – I started Turmeric about a year ago and could tell a difference. I have sense gotten lazy and failed to reorder. Thanks for the reminder. The medical industry is like all others and governed by money. Money is the root of all evil.

    JR,
    “Zombie apocalypse”, situations are many as you describe, I see some glaring omissions. The lack of moral fiber that has eroded everything and the other, that seems to be, at least to me, a loss of faith in God, and the state rushing to fill that vacuum. Throw in the death knell, should it occur, would be adaptation of a central bank digital currency.
    As to prepping, this is a current deal at Amazon, Bushnell TRS-25 red dot sight is $42. It is a very well functioning accessory for your rifle. JR thinks so too I would imagine. I hope everyone had a great holiday. Take care.

    i expect a false flag event of some kind ( another plandemic or a 9/11 type event) before the 2024 election to give those in power a reason to stop next years elections. the dems and rino’s are looking more and more desperate every day, and they will stop at nothing to stay in power.
    to be independent, debt free, and self sufficient is the key to independence and security. also living in a like minded community will be of the utmost importance. the well drillers in our area can’t keep up with the demand, good for us.
    stack it deep, get those wells dug and get things planted guys. i hope i’m wrong again, but i don’t think we have long to wait. months maybe. the PTB will burn it down before they let it go IMO. and if nothing happens we will still own it and be better off.

      Good points and very plausible Scout. The level of radical events and change happening is ever increasing and the rate in which these events are occurring is also increasing more and more each day. As I set 12 month goals to target 11/24 I can’t imagine just how things will be different by then. Keep moving forward!

    they are already planning the next plandemic with some kind of unknown respiratory disease coming from of all places, China. DC is already reporting more cases in their hospitals, imagine that, DC.
    watch your back guys and stay safe, vote, and push back if possible.
    i’m a huge believer in being active in our local governments, those are our homes. go to your county and city board meetings. they can be lively and entertaining sometimes plus its a great way to meet and interact with other likeminded people in your community. you know, to gather intell.
    being well informed about what is going on close around you is important.

    A well thought out summation of possibilities that will probably occur. I think that any ‘plandemic’ is destined for failure as it has been used already and many will not succumb to a similar ruse, although NY state has recently enacted legislation that basically they can lock you up during any so called ‘health emergency’ whether or not the facts fit. Truly an Orwellian power grab. And there is of course no recourse to said proclamation. We don’t need another 9/11 scenario as tptb have purposely created an invasion of millions of military aged males into our midst. Expect mass casualty events, major power grid shutdowns, destruction of rail and highway routes secondary to sabotage. All these scenarios are planned for the purpose of martial law to be enacted in order to prevent a change in the regime construct and control. They create the problem and then provide ‘their solution’. It is all by design, meaning evil, it is not incompetence. The traitors will fight tooth and nail to prevent their being overthrown.     They know now that IF Trump gets in, they ARE going to prison for treason. He outlines this quite clearly. This time around Trump will take no prisoners.
    All the more reason for all of us to keep preparing, the maelstrom will soon be upon us.

    We can only hope that Trump gets the office that was stolen from him. I agree they will do anything, no holds barred to prevent that. The Horsemen are riding.
