I love movies where people are stalked by bears, wolves, or some land-based, two-headed shark that escaped from a government gene-splicing project. It’s fun to watch. In the real world things like this never happen, right?
Let’s take a look. The videos below if too small can be made full-screen by click the small box symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the video. Watch the following and make up your own mind which ones are real:

Got a call from my sister one night about 2 weeks ago. Told me she had seen something outside walking around by the utility building. Described it as large, black and walking on two legs. I walked from my house to hers. Had the shot gun just in case. I got there and asked her how tall this thing was. She told me the head obscured the motion light on the utility building. That would make it about 8 feet tall. I went outside and walked around the property and found nothing.
Tall story? Maybe. Just a note. My sister is going on 80 years old and she has suffered a stroke. She is prone to wild swings in her imagination. I would have had to confront the whatever she thought she saw to have believed it.
These other stories may be true. But this one did not get reported to the sheriff.
Sometimes we are just in the right ( or wrong-smile) place at the right time-like last winter when I looked out at our pond and saw a beautiful large Bob cat washing its paws like a house cat in the sun .About 8 minutes later it sauntered up the hill and disappeared into a snow shelter .I got a photo or else no one would have ever believed me. Hi JR,
Have you seen the movie, “The Edge”?
Would seem to be right up your alley.
I live in the countryside with a lot of trees and pasture. I had a dental appointment one afternoon and it was raining.
I ran to the garage with my umbrella and sitting there in the space by my car was a bobcat.
I jumped and screamed and the bobcat literally did the same thing and ran out.
I guess it was taking cover from the rain. I have every kind of animal that live on my farm except bears. And for that I am grateful.
