Seems like every day there’s something else showing up I shake my head at. It’s easy to get swept up in all the negativity and just get stressed out. We all need to keep pushing and driving forward and sometimes we just need to step back and take a break.

I get away from my desk and phone and work or workout and listen to audio books about something other than the apocalyptic Genre. I stream and action flick and may or may not have an adult beverage, and or some bad for me snacks. Might indulge in some range time. Or I might call up a friend and just spend time catching up with them and connecting. Some times meditation is fantastic, if I can clear my mind. (some days I can and some days I can’t) No one thing really. The biggest thing is to just unplug and get away from the constant stream of bombardment I think.
