It’s been a while since I’ve thrown one of these “random thought” posts out there. Really should do this more often. Our move to Kentucky is complete; unfortunately, it has not gone well. The job has not turned out to be what it was advertised. To put it bluntly, it sucks. Well – it is what it is. I’m here now and all I can do is conduct a bit of OODA-loopage.

Walmart is definitely getting stocked back up in my area. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it a million more times…..no better time than RIGHT NOW to put back more ammo:

While I’m not an “environmentalist” nor do I believe we have only 12 years before humankind will become extinct due to climate change, the weather has been crazy over the past few years. History shows the earth is capable of dramatic shifts in weather providing sometimes deadly conditions. Hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, droughts, frigid temperatures, and huge winter storms are plentiful.
With all the insanity surrounding us don’t forget the wrath Mother Nature can unleash.

It’s worth noting that many of the pro-abortion rioting and violent protests are taking place right smack-dab in the middle of Progressive paradises where the majority of citizens agree with the protestors’ opinion. The end result of their action is somewhere between pointless and just stupid.

John Boyds’ observations are important, however, your own assessment of your personal condition is more so, and ever so more difficult. You are on the correct path forward. And you have a loving partner also. We have no control over the elements, nor the insanity that prevails about us. You have a prescient ability to see the way forward in these tumultuous times. And in your journey you are assisting others to find their paths as well. You are as much a shepherd as any biblical figure in our historical past. I am so sorry that things aren’t going well but! Always look to the future, for doors always open for good men and women things sometimes look gloom then as always, they seem to always work themselves out mostly because we are inspired to do better for ourselves, and others and you are this person I know this because you care for others as much as yourself, Keep thinking positive. You have a lot of people who care very much for you and love you keep your head up and Alway’s watch your six.
Appreciate that Phillip. Something I’ve learned over the last few years is to “keep moving forward” – always – KEEP MOVING FORWARD. Challenges are nothing more than inconvenient opportunities which to triumph over adversity.
I just wish I’d get a break and experience a little less adversity.
Just hang in their brother for some odd reason the universe always seems to always go around full circle and when it does opportunities and doors are always opening those who are diligent and patient and from what I gather from your great site and your postings you are this person that the universe protects and opens those doors I’m talking about, And as the say patience is a virtue, Take care of yourself and your significant other and keep you head up, Things always work out for the best you’ll see, Positive thought always seems to work things out.
