Exactly. And daughters are even worse.
Very true.
If you went through a divorce its much worse. It took almost 10 years to salvage my relationship with my daughter due to her mind being poisoned by the ex. Still, I just persevered and won a victory, and an affirmation of love. Once again, a normal relationship has ensued. I guess being a father means never giving up. A simple acknowledgement is worth its weight in gold for the heart.
I hope all of you Fathers out there have a very special Father’s day and for those who would like to be Dads and are not – may the day be good for you also.
My husband of 47 years will be gone 4 years this Fathers Day .
