Is there a trend developing of Conservatives being attacked by Progressive-leaning nutjobs?

That…ladies and gentlemen….may be the understatement of the year.

The Bic lighter may be the absolute #1 overlooked prep. I have about 20 of them. I need 100.

We had falling slush, Lightning. This morning’s supposed to be below freezing. I am not ready for this.

I bought a large package of lighters from Sam’s Club, but then I discovered my kids were handing them out to all their smoker friends because we had so many! The next ones are going to be hidden. If you like Bic, that’s the way to go, because they’re so much cheaper than buying the smaller 2- or 5-packs.

Oh please, enough of the these lame “headlines” like the one above that Senator Rand Paul was ‘tackled while he was mowing his lawn”. Give me a break. These guys hire landscapers to do their places. Probably last time he mowed a lawn he was 10 years old. Something else is afoot on this one. A relationship with the attackers ex perhaps?
or some other equally down to earth explanation. This doesn’t pass the smell test.

You know..I remember the Reid “Story”. I was like..no. No way with that much damage or that bologna story…blew it off totally. And then I thought it was a conspiracy theory for sure when I heard that Obama created ISIS. I mean, I cannot stand that evil *censored* bummer. Then…I got a reality check when I found out he did. I still don’t put much stock into these theories…, but after the last 8 years. I do pay attention. Oh, by the way.

Exclusive: Rand Paul’s Neighbors Say Reports Blaming Savage Assault on ‘Landscaping Dispute’ Are Fake News

Rand Paul’s neighbors are calling into question reports suggesting the Kentucky senator’s character and libertarianism contributed to one member of their community allegedly attacking him at his home in Bowling Green, KY, last week.

Police arrested Paul’s long-time neighbor, 59-year-old retired doctor Rene Boucher, and charged him with fourth-degree assault after he allegedly blindsided the senator, who was reportedly mowing his lawn.

Saying Obama created ISIS is false in the way you’re stating it. Obama didn’t directly create ISIS, but he did create the situation that lead to ISIS. The premature redraw of American forces from Iraq was the beginning. The high command of ISIS consisted of former commanders of Saddam’s armed forces. Obama created the power vacuum and they took advantage of it.

As far as Rand Paul is concern, here is the headline from your link:

“Rand Paul’s neighbors are calling into question reports suggesting the Kentucky senator’s character and libertarianism contributed to one member of their community allegedly attacking him at his home in Bowling Green, KY, last week”

I read the story and its not questioning the dispute, but the fact that people are referencing Paul’s character and that it was a contributing factor to the dispute. Nothing about whether it was a landscaping dispute. Only one neighbor even references it and I will address that below.

Capt. you make the below statement:

“Exclusive: Rand Paul’s Neighbors Say Reports Blaming Savage Assault on ‘Landscaping Dispute’ Are Fake News”

No such statement is made in the article calling it FAKE NEWS!!!

Here is what the neighbor said in the article:

The stories of a ‘landscaping dispute’, or a dispute of any sort between Rand Paul and Rene Boucher are erroneous and unfounded. The reason for Mr. Boucher’s bizarre attack is known only to him. Statements to the contrary are irresponsible and unnecessary.”

Hmm, this neighbor actually contradicts himself in his statement. First he says it wasn’t a “landscaping dispute” and then says only “Mr. Boucher’s bizarre attack is known only to him”. So, the neighbor really doesn’t know if it was a “landscaping dispute” or not!!

So, that fact is we don’t know yet if was a “landscaping dispute” or not, but the arrest affidavit does provide us some incite, while it might not give us a motive.

I personally don’t care what his motive was for attacking a U.S. Senator, because it doesn’t change the fact that he attacked and assaulted him!!!!

The article itself was full of nothing but support of Rand Paul from his neighbors and in no way questions his part in the incident.

        1. Capt.Michaels says:

Thanks for taking time to share and keep me on track. Or make sure I don’t go off track. I may be wrong, especially since sensing intent through written words are impossible, but you seem pretty inspired to keep the nuttiness out and I understand. Which is why I said I still do not buy into all of it, but rather, pay attention.

          From the article:
“As a friend and neighbor of the Paul family, I have been disturbed by the inaccuracies in numerous media accounts of the assault that occurred on Friday, November 3rd,” writes Travis Creed in an email to Breitbart News. “The stories of a ‘landscaping dispute’, or a dispute of any sort between Rand Paul and Rene Boucher are erroneous and unfounded. The reason for Mr. Boucher’s bizarre attack is known only to him. Statements to the contrary are irresponsible and unnecessary.”

In other words. Not the whole or true story. Aka, what Ralph simply said. Something is a foot. He was correct.

          1. 3rdMan says:

I don’t disagree there’re cover-ups and conspiracies. I think Benghazi was a gun running operation from the start. I’ve met one of the CIA contractors depicted in 13 hours and I have no doubt after talking to him. This whole Russian deal seems to be pointing right back at Obama and Hillary. Now that a conspiracy of the highest order. They never thought it would have gotten out because they expected Hillary to win. Now its going to bite them in the a$$.

  3. ralph k says:

Just as an aside, I had another thought. Remember that senator from Nevada, the one who retired..harry reid? A professional make over from his exercise equipment? The Karma is now extended to lawn mowers. Some thing is amiss. Why retire at age ~78 ?
pelosi (exhibiting Alzheimer’s currently, feinstein backtracking politically… are in their 80’s. Nah, their is the unseen dealer working the cards now.

  4. ralph k says:

“Mowing…Who’s lawn? Sorry, couldn’t resist.” – its composed mainly of crab grass that I mow with my John Deere mower just like JoeBob expects me to do, after all I’m just a plain ole, God fearing senator, scraping by just like you. LOL, but don’t forget to vote for me.

“Some people see a conspiracy in everything!!!” – These days that seems to be the norm. The Las Vegas scenario certainly fits the bill for ‘nothing to see here, move along’,
acts of jihad everywhere being labeled ‘isolated acts of terrorism’… never a coordinated
decentralized effort. When the facts that contradict the official narrative become known, the incident disappears from view. Sandy Hook another prime example of deception.
But there are no worries, we all know its the Russians.

Smoke grenades provide a much clearer picture of our future.

    1. Capt.Michaels says:

Lol…nice. I personally don’t believe in…a lot of what’s called “conspiracies” However, there are some things that stand out pretty oddly. Like for instance, a security guard that was shot during that horrible massacre in Las Vegas. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I would get a rental car, sneak out of the country, and then come back.

I love driving rental cars for hours after being shot in the leg. I love leaving the country when I’m a material witness to the worst shooting America has ever seen. This is normal, nothing to see here.

      1. 3rdMan says:

Not being part of the investigation, I don’t know what or if the FBI agreed to let him leave the country. I suspect he was interview early on and they had a mean of contacting him. They may have also been trying to keep him away from the media. He was after all involved in a traumatic incident, that could cause some PTSD. I suspect a lot of those who were shot left Las Vegas at some point as well.

  5. ralph k says:

Planes didn’t hit building 7 did they? Yet, miraculously, it too fell. WTC buildings were hit by 2 airplanes, and despite being engineered to survive impact from planes, both buildings collapsed in a controlled demolition style manner. You might consider looking at Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. On Sandy Hook look at Wolfgang Halbigs’ work among others. Then for more fun look at just visual evidence from the Beslan School Massacre in Ossetia, Russia and compare that to Sandy Hook and tell me it really occurred.

No I am not that Jones, and I suppose you are Harry Lime right?

Don’t worry, a breeze of truth will clear the smoke from your eyes one day.

    1. 3rdMan says:

Maybe, but it appears that smoke has blinded you!!! I guess I could refer you to the report from Popular Mechanics on the collapse, but then again maybe their just involved in the cover-up. Building 7 did however received heavy damage from two 1,000 plus foot building collapsing. Only a fool would believe that much debris falling wouldn’t damage near-by buildings.

People who believe those children and teachers never existed or were cart off and killed by the .gov are delusional. You got to love Wolfgang Halbig’s sink hole conspiracy and Sandy Hook though.

So, what really happened at Sandy Hook and Beslan? Evil struck both these places and killed innocent men, women, and children. That’s what happened!!

There is evil out there in the world and the .gov isn’t responsibly for all of it.

    1. Capt.Michaels says:

      Lol…well, I personally think it’s been a lively conversational post. Yes/No ?
I surely think/hope no one took it personally or is butt sore 😉

Good discussion is fine. I just don’t want it to get out of hand. I have stayed out of this discussion as I do not wish to “offend” anyone and all of you guys have been around for a long time here. I tend to believe we are by far on the same side and are very likeminded. A few different thoughts on some topics are perfectly fine.

  6. ralph k says:

    I will agree to disagree.

I must however say one last thing concerning Sandy Hook. Contrast the agony of the parents shown in videos of the Beslan incident vs the mild reaction of ‘parents’ at SH, and take a look at the video of the alleged grieving Robbie Parker at an event about it, laughing until he knows the camera is coming and ‘gets into character’ of tears etc. Pure unadulterated BS.

Nuff said. No more about any of the above. This is too nice of a site JR has created to load it up with trolling and other grade school behavior. He has worked hard to produce some real substance in this world. Kudos to that man, the bacon lover.

Never thought about using crayons to color the smoke or the pvc pipe as the body, who would have thought. Need to head to the store for some supplies to put back. I had bought a bunch of smoke devices during 4th of July sale but this just looks interesting to try.
