Asteroids could be crashing through the atmosphere and zombies moaning in the streets – many of us will still crave something sweet. Food items like these Peanut Butter/Chocolate No Bake Cookies would serve as a great morale booster in high-stress times.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats (I use whole grain oats rather than quick oats)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine and mix sugar, milk, and cocoa powder then bring to a boil
- Boil above for 1 minute, add peanut butter and vanilla, mix thoroughly
- Add oatmeal
- Mix well
- Using a tablespoon scoop mixture out onto wax paper
- Allow to cool
- Eat up!!!
These cookies are high in calories – with a good amount of protein and carbs.
