Yeah, I know – – ammo prices are ridiculous. True. I was chatting with a follower of the website yesterday and he just bought his first-ever AR-15. Since this is his first he has no .223 or 5.56 ammunition for it. He certainly doesn’t want to wait until prices come back to “normal” – if that ever happens. I sent him some links to try to help.

I have quite a few of those $6.99 steel 30 rnd AR-15 Magz and just ordered more. I compared them with some Palmetto State Armory Steel magz I have and these are heavier and better built (and about 1/2 the price of the PSA Magz.) I prefer Pmags but am willing to have a number of these on hand for when “Sleepy Joe” gets his way and 30 rounders are a thing of the past. Remember when the Brady Bill went into effect? 30 rnd magz were going for $80 each. I don’t think they’ll get that high but even if they hit $25 each you’ve tripled your money. They make for great barter items as well. As for ammo, it’s hard to keep up with the changing inventories so I like using ammoseek.com. It lists current inventories and prices.
