The “perfect hamburger” is often discussed with everyone having their own recipe that tops all others. Well….here’s mine.
I’ve been making hamburgers mixing A1 Steak Sauce in with the meat for the past few years. Fantastic. Grilled on a gas grill or charcoal that is up to you.
2 pounds hamburger meat – ground chuck or whatever choice you wish
3-4 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Weber Steak & Chop seasoning or similar steak seasoning
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Form 6 patties pinching each in the center to make the middle thinner(helps even cooking)
- Place on grill over medium heat
- Turn every 5-6 minutes until done
Recipe Tip: A1 Steak Sauce can be added at whatever amount needed to provide desired taste. If too much is added the mix will be overly moist and will not hold together when cooked.
