From the Desk of John Rourke – August 25th, 2017

Note: Just found this post failed to publish – so here it is quite late.

I think the “rabbit apocalypse” is well underway. This entire summer I have seen hundreds of rabbits. My back yard is fenced in and plenty of scents from two big husky’s and the rabbits continue to come in. I let Bella out just a bit ago and “whoosh!!!!” she almost caught one.

All in the path of Hurricane Harvey stay safe. The storm looks to dump a dangerous amount of rain. I visited Houston once and came away with memories of a decent rain causing huge puddles.

Back in the day when I didn’t know anything, it is amazing I thought Uzi pistols and Tec-9’s were the ultimate guns to have when the Soviets invaded(80’s).
